If you elect to cancel with us and go with a new Realtor (prior to receiving a sales contract), MLSmarketing.com will refund the Flat Fee you paid. That's assuming MLSmarketing.com refers you to a 'traditional' Realtor of either our own or your choice. If you switch to a 'traditional' Realtor, we will contact them and then cancel your Listing Contract with MLSmarketing.com upon the other Realtor accepting our referral in writing. You will receive your refund upon the successful closing of your sale with the other Realtor. The satisfaction guaranty mandates you cancelled and changed Realtors prior to the time of receiving a sales contract. The money-back guaranty also does not apply if you decide to not sell and cancel, or cancel your listing with us and sell only by owner, and without using a new Realtor. In that case you will not qualify for a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. Our money-back satisfaction guarantee only applies before a sales contract is received on your property, and providing your listing is transferred to another State Licensed Realtor, as outlined above. This guarantee applies to our Flat Fee. |
